libmagic-ocaml software package provides OCaml bindings for the File type determination library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmagic-ocaml
libmagic-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmagic-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmagic-ocaml *
You will get with libmagic-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
